It’s that time of year again!
This is a call to students and ACS members to submit your abstract for The Think Like a Molecular poster session. The deadline to submit your abstract is March 5 and a link can be found below. https://forms.gle/
This year, The Indiana local section is partnering with IU for their bicentennial Beyond Borders Event. By submitting your abstract you will also have access to the Beyond Borders symposium, a legacy project of the IU Bicentennial. The event will be held on April 9-10, 2021 and will draw on Indiana University’s over 200 years of leadership in higher education and research by bringing the state’s academic associations together virtually. The symposium will serve as the host of annual meetings for 13 state academic organizations and will provide an online venue for scholars, researchers, students, and professionals to discuss ideas, collaborate, and share their work with others.
There are three opportunities to present this year,

The Think Like a Molecule Organizing Committee
We as scientists, recognize the systemic inequities within the scientific community. Due to that, we are taking tangible actions to address and mitigate inequities, and endeavor to accelerate the integration of a culture of inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility across the science halls. We will host our first, annual two-day virtual symposium featuring perspectives regarding the challenges associated with being a minority in chemistry. Our goal is to empower our members while providing a safe learning space where topics can be freely discussed.
